Nutrition Counseling
Do you constantly struggle with making healthy eating or lifestyle changes?
Have you recently received a diagnosis of Prediabetes or high cholesterol and don't know where to start?
Whether you're someone who has a specific nutrition topic you want to address, or you need long-term counseling and accountability to help you achieve your health goals, I'd love to help.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a certificate of training in adult weight management, I have the training and credentials to help you address many medical nutrition issues and develop a personalized eating
plan tailored to your individual needs. I believe that the foods we eat are one of the most important factors that contribute to our overall health and disease prevention. As an outpatient dietitian for a primary care clinic, I've counseled hundreds of patients on medical issues like high blood pressure, weight loss and IBS. I know from first hand experience that with the proper knowledge, coupled with a little bit of guidance, we are all able to eat healthfully and live our best lives.
